New Member Orientation

This training is designed for newly inducted members and members returning back into the fold to strengthen their understanding of the organization’s history, structure, policies, expectations, and culture. Participants will gain knowledge about the mission, values, national initiatives, leadership structure, parliamentary procedures, chapter operations, financial expectations, branding standards, code of ethics, and community service requirements of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.® Members will also learn the importance of sisterhood, professionalism, organizational compliance, and active engagement while receiving guidance and resources to help them successfully navigate and contribute to the organization at the local, regional, and national levels.
